Uche K Chude-Okonkwo is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Intelligent Systems, University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and has over eighty (80) publications in reputable journals and conferences. He serves as a technical program committee member for the prestigious IEEE GLOBECOM, and associate editors for the Frontier in Communications and Networks, and the SAIEE Africa Research Journal. He was named the 2020 top Reviewer of the IEEE Transaction on Nanobioscience in appreciation for his service. He is an NRF-rated researcher, a member of IEEE and Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), and serves as the chair of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineering (SAIEE) Biomedical Engineering chapter. His current research interests include (but are not limited to), Molecular communication applied to advanced medicine, Artificial intelligence, Internet of Everything, Blockchain, Extended Reality, Wireless communication, Complex systems, Systems biology, and Signal processing.
